The contestant who completed the Puzzle Box finished before the contestant who did the Sandbag Toss. That means the Puzzle Box time is faster than the Sandbag Toss time.

Leo finished faster than Finn but slower than Cassidy. In time order among those three, Cassidy is fastest, then Leo, then Finn.

The contestant who completed the Balance Beam took 7:25. So 7:25 belongs to the Balance Beam task.

The Rope Climb was completed faster than the Balance Beam but not as fast as the Puzzle Box. Since the Balance Beam is 7:25, the Rope Climb must be faster than 7:25, and the Puzzle Box must be faster than the Rope Climb.

Cassidy completed the Puzzle Box. Combining this with the previous step, the Puzzle Box is the fastest of the three tasks (Puzzle Box, Rope Climb, Balance Beam) in that chain. The available times are 5:12, 6:03, 7:25, and 8:01, with 7:25 fixed to the Balance Beam. To keep Puzzle Box faster than Rope Climb and Rope Climb faster than 7:25, the only consistent assignment is Puzzle Box at 5:12 and Rope Climb at 6:03. That leaves 8:01 for the Sandbag Toss.

Leo didn’t finish 3rd. Since finishing order follows time order, the times from fastest to slowest are 5:12, 6:03, 7:25, and 8:01. Cassidy already has 5:12 for the Puzzle Box. The only times left for Leo that keep him faster than Finn and slower than Cassidy are 6:03 or 7:25. But Leo cannot be 3rd, and 7:25 is the third finishing time, so Leo must be 6:03. Therefore, Leo did the Rope Climb.

David didn’t do the Sandbag Toss. With Cassidy on the Puzzle Box at 5:12 and Leo on the Rope Climb at 6:03, the remaining tasks are the Balance Beam at 7:25 and the Sandbag Toss at 8:01 for David and Finn. If Finn took the Balance Beam, David would be forced onto the Sandbag Toss, which is not allowed. Therefore Finn must have the Sandbag Toss at 8:01, and David must have the Balance Beam at 7:25.

Finally, check all constraints. The Puzzle Box (Cassidy) finished before the Sandbag Toss (Finn). The Rope Climb at 6:03 is faster than the Balance Beam at 7:25 but slower than the Puzzle Box at 5:12. Leo is faster than Finn but slower than Cassidy and did not finish 3rd. David did not do the Sandbag Toss. All clues are satisfied.
