Because the two-falls finisher started last and the last starter was also the slowest, the two-falls contestant must be the slowest at 9:03 and started fourth. The fastest finisher crossed without falling and did not start third. Exactly one contestant finished between Mina and Zoey, so their finish times must be first and third in the order.

Zoey cannot be the fastest because the second starter must finish earlier than Zoey, so Mina is the fastest and Zoey is third. That sets Mina to the zero-falls slot. Mina did not start first, and the fastest did not start third, while the two-falls contestant occupies the last start, so Mina must have started second. Since the two-falls contestant is last and Zoey did not start last, the two-falls spot cannot be Zoey or Mina and Dante already has the most falls of everyone which forces Dante to three falls.

The two-falls position therefore belongs to Leo, locking Leo to start fourth and finish at 9:03. Dante cannot start first by rule and cannot take Mina’s second or Leo’s fourth, so he must start third. That leaves Zoey to start first. With Mina first at 7:42, Zoey third at 8:36, and Leo fourth at 9:03, the remaining finish time of 8:09 goes to Dante.

The remaining fall count of one goes to Zoey. Every clue is now satisfied: the second starter finishes before Zoey, Mina finishes before the two-falls contestant, the fastest is zero falls and not third, Dante has the most falls, and the last starter is slowest.
