Puzzle Walkthrough

First lock the middle seat in time. The White flag’s mast and the X-Mark pattern belong to different contestants and each finished adjacent to Cassidy, so Cassidy must be the middle finisher at 2:22, with those two features landing at 2:03 and 2:47. The Bamboo mast finished either first or last and was not Omar’s. The Red flag cannot be flown from Bamboo or Staked Poles, so the Red flag must be on the Driftwood mast. Cassidy also finished between the Driftwood mast and the Rock Piles anchor in overall time order; that means those two bookend Cassidy on the early and late times in some order.

Now place the masts and patterns by time. If Bamboo were last, then nothing could finish after it, but the Stripes pattern must finish after the Bamboo mast. Therefore Bamboo must be first at 2:03. With Cassidy still at 2:22, the Stripes pattern must be the middle time, 2:22. Since the Red flag must fly from Driftwood, put the Driftwood mast at 2:47, which also places the Rock Piles anchor at 2:03 to satisfy that Cassidy’s time sits between the Driftwood mast and Rock Piles anchor.

Use the White and X-Mark adjacency. The two items adjacent to Cassidy are White and X-Mark, so let White be at 2:03 and X-Mark at 2:47. That leaves the Solid Field pattern for 2:03 and confirms Stripes at 2:22. With Bamboo fixed at 2:03 and not Omar’s, Harper must be the 2:03 builder, leaving Omar at 2:47 and Cassidy at 2:22.

Finish anchors and colors. The Wooden Pegs anchor cannot carry the Black flag. The remaining anchors for 2:22 and 2:47 are Sand Anchor and Wooden Pegs. Since 2:03 is White and 2:47 is Red on Driftwood, the only remaining color for 2:22 is Black. Therefore 2:22 cannot be Wooden Pegs and must be the Sand Anchor, which makes 2:47 the Wooden Pegs. All clues now align: Bamboo first, Stripes after Bamboo, Red on Driftwood, Cassidy between Driftwood and Rock Piles in time, White and X-Mark flanking Cassidy, and Wooden Pegs not paired with Black.

Answers

Harper finished at 2:03 with the White flag, Solid Field pattern, a Bamboo mast, and the Rock Piles anchor.
Cassidy finished at 2:22 with the Black flag, Stripes pattern, Staked Poles mast, and the Sand Anchor.
Omar finished at 2:47 with the Red flag, X-Mark pattern, Driftwood mast, and the Wooden Pegs anchor.

Omar is eliminated.
