Start with the tight time anchors. Suri’s fish was caught immediately after the Barracuda, and Suri’s catch time is fixed at 10:00 AM. So the Barracuda was caught at 9:30 AM and, by clue, it was Hot Stone Seared. Red Snapper is locked to 9:00 AM, exactly two catches before the Lobster — that puts Lobster at 10:00 AM, which matches Suri’s fish. The Roasted dish is fixed at 10:30 AM, and the Mackerel happened earlier than that roasted plate. The fish steamed in leaves is fixed at 8:00 AM, which is also stated to be the Parrotfish. Natasha’s fish wasn’t Hot Stone Seared and was caught after 10:30 AM, so Natasha must be the only remaining late time, 11:00 AM.
Chain the people to those anchors. Mina and Finn were exactly one hour apart with Mina later. The only hour-apart pair that doesn’t collide with Suri’s locked 10:00 AM is Finn at 9:30 AM and Mina at 10:30 AM. That means Finn is the 9:30 AM Barracuda (Hot Stone Seared), and Mina is the 10:30 AM Roasted dish. Mina also must have the Grouper, and her fish can’t be grilled or pan-fried — roasted Grouper at 10:30 AM fits perfectly.
Use the method offsets. The pan-fried fish is exactly 30 minutes after Finn’s catch. With Finn at 9:30 AM, the pan-fried plate is 10:00 AM — Suri’s Lobster becomes Pan-Fried. The Triggerfish is Salt-Baked and was caught later than Mina. The only time later than Mina’s 10:30 AM is 11:00 AM (Natasha), so Natasha has the Triggerfish, Salt-Baked, at 11:00 AM.
Place Harper and Jane. Harper’s fish was Smoked, caught later than Jane’s but earlier than Natasha’s 11:00 AM. That forces Harper to 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM. But 10:00 AM is already Suri, so Harper must be 9:00 AM, which is the Red Snapper — and thus Smoked Red Snapper at 9:00 AM. Jane must therefore be earlier than 9:00 AM but she didn’t catch the Parrotfish or the Barracuda, ruling out 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM. The only slot left for Jane is 8:30 AM. Her fish must be earlier than the roasted 10:30 AM dish, and we still need a Grilled plate that occurs after the Parrotfish (8:00 AM). Assign Jane the Mackerel at 8:30 AM and make it Grilled; that satisfies “Mackerel earlier than roasted” and “grilled after Parrotfish.”
Finally, fill the very first plate. The 8:00 AM Parrotfish (Steamed in Leaves) hasn’t been claimed yet, so it goes to Dante. Every constraint now checks: Suri immediately after the Barracuda; the Red Snapper at 9:00 exactly two before Lobster; Natasha after 10:30 and not Hot Stone Seared; Triggerfish later than Mina; Finn/Mina spaced by an hour with the 30-minute pan-fried offset; Harper smoked between Jane and Natasha; and grilled after Parrotfish.
