Because the contestants were seated around the fire facing the fire, as stated in the intro,  “immediate left” means the clockwise neighbor: from North the immediate left is East, from East it is South, from South it is West, and from West it is North. Begin with the timing anchors. The second voter sat either East or West, and the East seat cast earlier than the West seat. The West seat voted immediately after the voter who targeted Harper, so West must be one order number higher than the Harper voter. Since the second vote did not target Harper, the case where West is second is impossible, and the case where West is third would force the second vote to be for Harper, which is disallowed. Therefore West is last, the Harper vote is third, and East must be second. The South seat did not vote last, which is already satisfied since West is last, and the last voter’s target received only one vote, so whoever West targeted must be the only vote for that target.

Now connect seats and targets. The North seat cast its vote immediately before the voter for Omar. With West last, the “immediately before Omar” voter must be the North seat at third, making West the Omar voter at fourth. The contestant who voted for Kaito sat opposite the one who voted for Harper, and with North casting the Harper vote at third, the opposite seat is South, so South voted for Kaito. Exactly one pair of adjacent seats cast the same vote; this will matter once we resolve East’s target. The second vote belongs to the East seat and must match exactly one other contestant’s vote; it did not target Harper and, because West’s Omar vote must be unique, it cannot target Omar. Therefore East must join South in voting for Kaito. This creates exactly one adjacent pair with matching votes (East and South), keeps West’s Omar vote unique as required, and respects that the second voter’s target matched exactly one other vote.

Now place the people using the personal constraints. Cassidy was not seated North and voted before the East seat, so Cassidy must be first and therefore must sit in the South seat, since that is the only seat left with the first vote. Check the “immediate left” rule for Cassidy and Omar: neither voted for the contestant seated to their immediate left. For Cassidy at South, the immediate left is West; she voted for Kaito, so she did not vote for her left neighbor. For Omar at East, the immediate left is South; he voted for Kaito, so he did not vote for his left neighbor either. Harper did not vote first and was not seated opposite the contestant who voted for her. The voter for Harper is North; the opposite of North is South; Harper is not in the South seat, so that condition is satisfied. With South taken by Cassidy and East by Omar, the remaining two seats are North and West for Kaito and Harper. Kaito cannot be East because East voted for Kaito, and Kaito cannot be South because South also voted for Kaito. Harper cannot be North because North voted for Harper, so Harper must be West and Kaito must be North.

All clues now align. East is earlier than West. West is last and voted for Omar, giving Omar exactly one vote. North is third and voted for Harper, making Harper’s vote precede West by one. East is second and voted for Kaito, matching South’s first vote for Kaito exactly once. The single adjacent pair who share a target is East and South. Neither Cassidy nor Omar voted for their left neighbor. Harper did not vote first and is not opposite the voter for her.
