The vote with the justification “Talks over others” was cast against Tony. So whoever used “Talks over others” targeted Tony.
Tessa’s justification for her vote was “Hard to connect with.” We will place that and resolve its target when we learn who received that justification.
The vote with the justification “Hard to connect with” was cast against Natasha. Since Tessa used “Hard to connect with,” Tessa voted for Natasha.
Finn’s justification for his vote was “Unclear about choices.” We will resolve Finn’s target after we apply the remaining constraints.
Exactly two votes were cast against Natasha, and those votes used the justifications “Hard to connect with” and “Negative attitude.” We already placed “Hard to connect with” on Tessa’s vote against Natasha, so the second vote against Natasha must be “Negative attitude.”
Miles’s justification for his vote was “Talks over others.” Earlier we learned that “Talks over others” targeted Tony, so Miles voted for Tony.
The vote with the justification “Trust feels shaky” was cast against the same person as Miles’s vote. Since Miles targeted Tony, “Trust feels shaky” also targeted Tony.
No votes were cast against Miles or Tessa. This means remaining unassigned votes cannot target Miles or Tessa.
Tony’s justification for his vote was “Negative attitude.” From earlier, the “Negative attitude” vote is one of the two cast against Natasha. Therefore Tony voted for Natasha with “Negative attitude.” Together with Tessa’s “Hard to connect with,” this completes the exactly two votes against Natasha.
Now determine Finn’s target. Finn’s justification is “Unclear about choices.” He cannot vote for himself, and he cannot vote for Miles or Tessa because no votes were cast against them. He also cannot vote for Natasha because the only two votes against Natasha are already fixed as “Hard to connect with” and “Negative attitude.” Therefore Finn must have voted for Tony with “Unclear about choices.” The remaining unused justification is “Trust feels shaky,” which must belong to the remaining voter, Natasha, and it must target the same person as Miles’s vote, which is Tony. So Natasha voted for Tony with “Trust feels shaky.”
All constraints are satisfied: Natasha received exactly two votes with the specified justifications from Tessa and Tony; Tony received the “Talks over others” vote from Miles and also the “Trust feels shaky” vote, plus Finn’s “Unclear about choices”; and no votes landed on Miles or Tessa.
