Since Mina sat to the right of Witsworth, the Right seat is Mina. The Right-seat voter cast a ballot before the Nervous voter and showed a Determined expression, so Mina is the Determined voter and her vote comes earlier than the Nervous voter’s. The Across-seat voter cast their ballot after the Nervous voter and did not use Personal Grudge, and a separate clue says the Across voter also did not use Broken Promise.

That forces Across to be the Hidden Agenda voter. Hidden Agenda had to target someone not seated on the Right, so their target is Zoey or Dante (not Mina). The “Left voter cast their ballot against the Stoic voter,” and “Zoey was not Stoic,” so the Stoic expression belongs to Dante. Therefore the Left voter voted for Dante, and the Left seat cannot be Dante (no self-votes) — Left must be Zoey, making Across Dante.

Now the vote timing locks in: Right (Mina) is earlier than Nervous; Across is after Nervous. The only way to sequence three voters is Mina first, the Nervous voter second, and Across third. That makes Zoey (Left) the Nervous second voter, matching the “Left votes against Stoic” rule by voting for Dante. The “Personal Grudge vote occurred after the Determined voter but before the Across voter” pins Personal Grudge to the second vote, so Zoey’s reason is Personal Grudge.

Across is Hidden Agenda and cannot self-vote; its target must be someone not on the Right, and it must match the Broken Promise target. The only candidate that fits is Zoey. Thus the first voter (Mina) used Broken Promise and voted for Zoey; the last voter (Dante at Across) used Hidden Agenda and also voted for Zoey.

Every constraint is satisfied: Mina (Right) first and Determined; Zoey (Left) second and Nervous, voting against Stoic (Dante); Dante (Across) third, Hidden Agenda, targeting a non-Right contestant; Across not Personal Grudge or Broken Promise; and the Broken Promise and Hidden Agends votes naming the same person.
