Start with the time clues. The finalist eating Surf and Turf arrived six minutes after the Garlic Prawns diner. The Prime Rib diner arrived nine minutes after the Surf and Turf diner. This creates a consecutive chain where Garlic Prawns is first, Surf and Turf second, and Prime Rib third, each separated by specific intervals. That means Garlic Prawns, Surf and Turf, and Prime Rib occupy the first three arrival times in order, leaving King Crab for the latest time. The four arrival times are 6:18, 6:24, 6:33, and 6:42, which fit this sequence perfectly. Garlic Prawns must be 6:18, Surf and Turf 6:24, Prime Rib 6:33, and King Crab 6:42.

Now tie the prize plans to arrivals. The finalist who planned to Pay Off Debts arrived first, which matches 6:18, so Garlic Prawns and Pay Off Debts go together. The one planning to Travel the World arrived after the one hoping to Retire, and the Travel the World diner chose no seafood-only entrée. Among the meals, Prime Rib is the only non-seafood-only dish, and Surf and Turf includes seafood, but it’s a mixed plate. Because the Travel the World diner avoided seafood-only, they could have Surf and Turf or Prime Rib, but they arrived after the Retire planner. Since Surf and Turf is 6:24 and Prime Rib is 6:33, the Travel the World diner must be at 6:33 with Prime Rib, arriving after Retire. This makes the Retire planner 6:24 with Surf and Turf. That leaves 6:42 King Crab paired with Buy a Home, since that is the only unclaimed prize plan and is confirmed by the first clue linking King Crab to Buy a Home.

Next, match meals to contestants. Finn turned down Garlic Prawns and King Crab, so he cannot be 6:18 or 6:42, leaving only 6:24 or 6:33. Jane’s meal was neither King Crab nor Garlic Prawns, and she arrived after Finn, so Finn must arrive before her. If Finn took 6:24 (Surf and Turf), Jane can take 6:33 (Prime Rib). This fits perfectly with Jane arriving after Finn and with Jane’s meal not being King Crab or Garlic Prawns. Harper’s plate held neither Surf and Turf nor Prime Rib, so Harper cannot be 6:24 or 6:33; she must be 6:18 Garlic Prawns or 6:42 King Crab. However, the first arrival planned to Pay Off Debts, and that was not Harper, so Harper must be 6:42 King Crab. This leaves Mina as the 6:18 Garlic Prawns diner, meaning Mina arrived first.

Now fit memories and traits. The finalist who remembered Spa Treatments was admired for Resilience. The one who ordered Surf and Turf said their strength was Determination. The one who valued Focus above all spoke of Campfire Stories and arrived last. The last arrival is 6:42 with King Crab, which is Harper, so Harper’s strengths and memories must be Focus and Campfire Stories. The one admired for Strategy arrived neither first nor last, meaning Strategy belongs to someone in the middle positions, either 6:24 or 6:33. Since 6:24 is Surf and Turf and we already know that meal is Determination, Strategy must belong to Jane at 6:33 with Prime Rib. This leaves Mina with Resilience and Spa Treatments, as they are the only unassigned pair. Finn then automatically fits as Determination and Surf and Turf.

For the memories still missing, the rule that the finalist who remembered Making New Friends arrived before the one who reflected on Building Confidence helps sort the remaining two. We already have Spa Treatments with Mina and Campfire Stories with Harper, so the remaining memories, Making New Friends and Building Confidence, must go to Finn and Jane respectively. Since Finn arrived before Jane, Finn must be Making New Friends, and Jane must be Building Confidence.

Check all conditions: the Garlic Prawns diner arrived first, planned to Pay Off Debts, and was Mina with Resilience and Spa Treatments. Surf and Turf at 6:24 is Finn with Determination, Making New Friends, and the Retire plan. Prime Rib at 6:33 is Jane with Strategy, Building Confidence, and the Travel the World plan. King Crab at 6:42 is Harper with Focus, Campfire Stories, and the Buy a Home plan. All clues fit without contradiction: the arrival spacing is correct, each trait and memory match properly, and every contestant aligns with the personal restrictions.
