Bella did not start at the Rope Net Climb or the Slippery Log Crossing. So, Bella must have started at either the Slingshot Target or the Sandbag Haul.

The competitor who started at the Sandbag Haul finished immediately after the one who started at the Slingshot Target. This creates a consecutive pair in finish order with Slingshot immediately followed by Sandbag. Therefore Slingshot cannot be fourth and Sandbag cannot be first.

Marie did not start at the Sandbag Haul. So if Sandbag is used, it belongs to someone other than Marie, and because of the immediate pair, whoever has Sandbag finishes one place after the Slingshot starter.

The competitor who started at the Rope Net Climb did not finish first or fourth. So the Rope Net Climb finisher is either second or third.

The competitor who started at the Slippery Log Crossing finished before both Bella and Tessa. This puts Slippery earlier than Bella and earlier than Tessa.

Bella finished ahead of Tessa. So the relative order for those two is Bella before Tessa.

Tessa did not start at the Rope Net Climb. So the Rope Net Climb belongs to someone other than Tessa.

Jessica finished ahead of both Marie and Bella. Jessica must be earlier than Marie and earlier than Bella.

Now combine the order facts. The Slippery starter must be earlier than both Bella and Tessa, and Jessica must be earlier than both Marie and Bella. The only way to place one person clearly ahead of all the others who must come after is to put Jessica first on Slippery. That satisfies both that Slippery is before Bella and Tessa and that Jessica is ahead of Marie and Bella.

With first place taken by Jessica on Slippery, the remaining finish positions are second, third, and fourth for Marie, Bella, and Tessa. The Rope Net Climb finisher must be second or third, never fourth, so the Rope Net Climb cannot be assigned to the fourth-place finisher. Also, Slingshot must be immediately followed by Sandbag. Since fourth must follow something, the only way to use fourth is as the Sandbag position, immediately after third on Slingshot. That fixes the Slingshot starter in third and the Sandbag starter in fourth.

Because Sandbag is fourth and Marie did not start at Sandbag, Marie cannot be fourth. Jessica is already first, so Marie must be second. That fits the Rope Net Climb rule perfectly, placing Marie at the Rope Net Climb in second.

That leaves Bella and Tessa to take the remaining third and fourth places, which are tied to the Slingshot and Sandbag pair. Bella must finish ahead of Tessa, so Bella takes third on the Slingshot Target and Tessa takes fourth on the Sandbag Haul.

Finally, check the starting-station restrictions. Bella did not start at the Rope Net Climb or the Slippery Log Crossing, and she is on Slingshot, which is allowed. Tessa did not start at the Rope Net Climb, and she is on Sandbag, which is allowed. All clues are satisfied.
