The contestant who finished in 6:47 did not stand at the East pedestal. So 6:47 is placed somewhere other than East.

Leo stood at the West pedestal, and he did not finish in 6:03. That fixes Leo at West with a time that is not 6:03.

The Azure torch was at the East pedestal. So whoever stands at East holds the Azure torch.

David did not stand at the South pedestal, and he did not finish in 7:19. So David’s pedestal is not South and his time is not 7:19.

The contestant with the Emerald torch stood at the North pedestal. That puts the Emerald torch at North.

Natasha stood at the South pedestal; she finished in under 7 minutes, but she was not the fastest. The only times under 7 minutes are 5:12 and 6:03 and 6:47. Because she was not the fastest, she cannot have 5:12, so Natasha’s time must be either 6:03 or 6:47 for now.

The contestant at the North pedestal finished in 6:03. Since North is 6:03 and Natasha is at South, Natasha cannot be 6:03. Therefore Natasha at South must be 6:47. This also respects the earlier rule that 6:47 is not at East.

Harper did not have the Amber torch, and she was not at the East pedestal. So Harper is either North, South, or West, but we already know South is Natasha and West is Leo, leaving North for Harper.

The Amber torch was not at the West pedestal. Since West is Leo, Leo does not have the Amber torch.

The 5:12 finish was not at West or South. We already have West as Leo and South as Natasha, so 5:12 cannot be theirs. With North fixed at 6:03, the only remaining pedestal for 5:12 is East.

Now resolve everything. East holds the Azure torch and the 5:12 time, so David, who is not South and not 7:19, must be at East with 5:12 and the Azure torch. North holds the Emerald torch and 6:03, which we placed with Harper. South is Natasha with 6:47; the Amber torch cannot be at West and cannot be at North (which is Emerald) and East is Azure, so Amber must be at South with Natasha. That leaves Ruby for Leo at West, and Leo’s remaining time is 7:19, which fits David’s restriction of not 7:19.
